Natascha McElhone... so nice to meet you!

This evening, I met a charming women, simply like that, in my neighborhood, in Paris, France : Natascha McElhone. Actually, I am lucky enough to meet pretty often, nice, smart, beautiful and friendly persons, anywhere... Miss McElhone is special and I felt it a long time ago. I wrote about this good British actress already in this blog, since she played in the brilliant Californication serie with David Duchovny, among other series and movies. But this, was "en direct Live"!

Long hair, light and floating in the air as she looked like flying towards me in the rue Saint-Honoré, smiling. Tall, proud and elegant, she is even more attractive in the "real life" than on the screen. My mind didn't think twice, I stopped her! But of course, I did not have anything more clever to say than : "Oh! You are Natascha, Natascha McElhone, aren't you?!... euuh... Nice to meet you!..." #O_°#

Needless to say I blushed, pffff... Her friend husband was kind of trying to pull her politely, to keep on walking as they seemed to be in a rush for an appointment... I did not want to delay them but part of me would have loved to keep her talking and smiling... Kindness, surprize and wonder were shining through her eyes!

Next time? ;)

Californication rocks!

One of the best TV Series I have ever seen... Love at first sight! ;) The serie (offered by Showtime) begins with the Rolling Stones' "You can't always get what you want" and a fun provocative presentation of the main - and coolest - character : Hank Moody.

Natascha McElhone and David Duchovny in Californication - icon from the website www.natascha-mcelhone.netOnce-a-writer-Moody, played by an outstanding and surprizing David Duchovny, who is Executive Producer as well, could seem to be a NewYork alcohol-addict womanizer lost in L.A., still in love with his ex (charming Natascha McEhlone once again)... He is sooo much more! In the same way, the episodes are crazy, lovely, fun, gross, deep, clever, sexy, sad, generous, strong... human in a nutshell, simple and complicated, so rich. And the soundtrack, icing on the cake, is well chosen too. :)
